Dear Customers and Friends:

Our family welcomes you and yours to On The Rocks Tavern in downtown Plymouth. We hope to see you at our neighborhood Tavern and Pub.

We opened On the Rocks to accommodate Plymothians, and visitors to this historic town, with great home-cooked food, huge portions and drinks that are poured like the staff hates the owners--we suspect some may.
We have to warn you--some of our regulars are, let’s just say… colorful. But the daily ridiculous antics that may or may not occur sure make it fun to come in have a laugh. Our lead bartenders (Joanie, Katelyn, Paul and Shannon) keep things in line.

Our cheerful kitchen manager, Larry, takes great pride in his work, but you may not want to send anything back on his shift—he gets upset and will feel bad for days! His enormous son, Tommy, also leads in the kitchen and serves as a bouncer and human forklift on the property. Colin heads up some shifts as well and truly makes the best soups anywhere, bar none. These three gentlemen can cook—you won’t be disappointed!!!

We love to accommodate private parties, whether it be a birthday, office party or any other special occasion. Larry will work with you to come up with a buffet menu that exceeds your expectations and will be kind to your wallet.

On The Rocks Tavern is a downtown destination that is a quintessential neighbourhood restaurant and bar. Our guests are mostly local, however, we welcome new friends who are visiting this historic vacation destination.

Our regulars are a colorful mixture of folks of all ages. This bar and restaurant is Plymouth’s answer to “Cheers”. On The Rocks Tavern is locally owned and operated by the Jones Family and we welcome you to our establishment.
